Hi, I’m Claire, a strategic partner for health and social care providers.
Organisations look to me when they are serious about strengthening leadership, improving culture and accountability, and embedding high performance to meet CQC care standards.
I’m not here to provide temporary fixes, but to partner with organisations to build sustainable leadership maturity that impacts both regulatory and financial outcomes.
I provide strategic support to care providers: CEOs, owners, boards and senior leaders. Executive coaching is part of this work, within a wider organisational strategy. I support care organisations to align their behaviours with their values, which leads directly to better governance. I’ve worked in social care since 1990 and have run award-winning care homes. This work matters deeply to me because I’ve lived it. I’ve led teams, supported front-line staff, and navigated the real-life challenges of delivering care with compassion. There are five ways you can work with me:
Leadership Development Programmes – bespoke programmes delivered to your middle and/or senior managers.
The Culture Review – a detailed diagnostic to review and report on where you are now and exactly what should happen to develop your service.
Strategic Leadership Partnership – a 12-month retainer package encompassing in depth consultancy and executive coaching. It’s a strategic advisory relationship, focused on leadership culture and meeting the criteria to be Well Led within the CQC remit.
Lumina Leadership Circle – a monthly circle for senior leaders in the care sector. It offers peer-based strategic thinking time and accountability, led by somebody who’s managed outstanding services.
Executive Coaching – tailored support to help develop deeper leadership skills: critical and strategic thinking; influence on others; and tools to transform self-criticism. These sessions offer dedicated time and space to explore challenges, strengthen confidence, and align your leadership with your values and goals.
