This free 30-minute online call is a relaxed space to explore whet you’re looking for, talk through the options, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a chance to ask questions, reflect on what you need, and get a feel for how coaching with Lumina works – no hard sell just an open conversation.

Step two: Programme Delivery

We’ll co-design your coaching programme to suit your goals, schedule and context. Whether it’s 1:1, group, or team coaching, we’ll structure the sessions around what matters most to you. We understand the time pressures in leadership – especially in health and care – so flexibility and collaboration are central to how we work.

Leadership coaching is for anyone in a management or leadership role – from senior executives to team leaders – especially in health, social care and values-led sectors. It’s ideal for those navigating change, leading teams or wanting to grow in confidence or impact.

Programmes are flexible and tailored. Most clients chose a programme of 6 sessions, but this is goal dependent. We’ll discuss what works best for you during the insight call.

Most coaching is delivered online via video call, making it easy to fit around your schedule wherever you’re based. However, I love to work with people face-to-face or even out for a walk so if this is your preference, just let me know.

Absolutely! All coaching conversations are completely confidential and conducted in a safe, non-judgemental space.
